Good to know
When should I send save the dates?
Six to eight months before a UK wedding is usual. For a destination wedding or a date in the summer holidays, nine to twelve months gives guests time to book travel.
Are digital save the dates acceptable?
Yes. Many couples now send save the dates by WhatsApp or email. They arrive instantly and guests can add the date to their calendar straight away. For anyone who prefers paper, print the QR code on a card.
Can my save the date become the invitation later?
Yes. Edit the same link to add the time, venue and schedule, and switch on RSVPs when you’re ready. Guests who saved the link will see the latest version.
How much does a digital save the date cost?
£4.99 for Classic designs such as The Editorial and Snapshot, or £9.99 for Signature designs. Paid once per invitation, however many guests you invite.
Can I add a photo?
Yes. Add your engagement photos. Your cover photo also shows in the link preview on WhatsApp and iMessage.
